Face to Face Event

With Chris Dossett, Chair of PADSIS

Dates & Venues

Following the success of our Senior School Knowledge Exchange Forums, PADSIS is delighted to offer a dedicated event for Prep School Directors of Sport.

    The Purpose

In an ever-evolving sporting landscape, the role of a Director of Sport in a Prep School comes with unique challenges and opportunities. This forum is designed to bring together professionals from across the independent sector to share experiences, discuss contemporary issues, and explore innovative approaches to developing sport within our schools.

    Benefits

This collaborative and interactive event provides an opportunity to:
Exchange ideas with like-minded colleagues facing similar challenges.
Discuss contemporary themes shaping prep school sport, from participation and performance to staffing, facilities, and curriculum design.
Gain fresh perspectives on best practices in sports provision for young athletes.
Build a professional network of Directors of Sport who support and inspire each other.

By coming together, we strengthen not only our own programmes but also the broader prep school sporting community.
