Cancellation And Variation
Occasionally we have to cancel our courses at very short notice due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. weather, illness, accident). In these situations we will try to notify all course delegates as soon as possible by:
- Calling any delegate mobile numbers we have been given;
- Calling the school and/or main contact number we have been given;
- Emailing any delegate or main contact email addresses we have been given; and
- Posting a news item on our website www.padsis.com or on the Independent Coach Education website www.independentcoacheducation.co.uk
In these situations we will endeavour to rebook you on to the same or similar course at your convenience. Should this not be possible, we will refund you in full.
Should you need to cancel a booking you have made for a particular course you need to give us a minimum of ten working days notice. Cancellations received after the above notice period will be charged in full.
We reserve the right to vary content and presenters of courses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Discounts
From time to time we may give individuals discretionary discounts on future courses. Should such a discretionary discount be held, it can only be redeemed against the booking of a full price course. Only one discretionary discount can be redeemed per person per full-price course booked. A discretionary discount only applies to the individual to whom it has been awarded and it cannot be used against a multiple-person booking.
