I am very keen that Padsis is, and becomes, a valuable association for you, it's members, and contributes to the decision making and thinking process which Directors of Sport face. I would therefore encourage you to share your thoughts and ideas with others in the profession. Please consider writing something about the issues which you face in your schools, and the ways you address them. If you are trying something new, please let us know how it goes - it may prevent others having to experiement!
Similarly, if you read a book or find something on the internet that could be of interest to others, please let us know. Perhaps you may consider writing a review yourself or you may wish to pass the information to us for review as others have already done. Don't forget to take a look at the reviews section for ideas.
